Who we are

The service

We provide live language lessons, one on one, online, 60 minutes each, on Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams depending on what your teacher uses. All study material is included in every package. We prepare students for exams such as the Inburgeringsexamen and the NT2 Staatsexamen, but we do not issue certificates and do not guarantee exam results.

The free intro call and matching

The intro call is free, takes about 20 minutes, and commits you to nothing. Your level is discussed on the call, not tested; the real assessment happens in your first lessons, and the approach is adjusted from there. After the call we match you with a teacher, and you meet them first in a short WhatsApp chat. That meeting is a meet, not a lesson. Nothing is paid until you have met your teacher and chosen a package.

Packages and prices

• Starter — 10 lessons, one on one, €420 (€42 per lesson)
• Intensive — 20 lessons, one on one, €720 (€36 per lesson)
• Master — 40 lessons, one on one, €1.260 (€31,50 per lesson)
• Group — 20 lessons, €465 per person, for a group you bring yourself of two to four people at a similar level. We do not form groups from strangers.

Prices include all study material. Prices may change, but never for a package you have already bought.

Payment and employer billing

When you choose a package we send an invoice, and your study material opens once it is paid. If your employer is paying, either forward the invoice to them yourself or give us the company details and we invoice the company directly.

Moving or cancelling a lesson

Let your teacher know at least 24 hours before the lesson, by WhatsApp, email or phone, and they will reschedule with you directly. Inside 24 hours the lesson counts as used.

Pausing a package

Packages can be paused for a holiday, a move or illness, for up to a year, as long as you communicate it with your teacher.

Changing teacher

At lesson five your student concierge asks whether the match is working. If it is not, you change teacher, no questions asked, and your package and study material carry across. You do not have to have that conversation with your teacher yourself.

Refunds

Packages are not refundable once purchased. If something is wrong, talk to us first — that is what the concierge check-in and the teacher swap are for.

Liability and governing law

We provide the lessons with care and skill, but our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current package. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, where the operating company is registered.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top. The terms that apply to your package are the ones published when you bought it.
