No. All study material is included in every package, and we choose it to fit your level and your goals. A textbook on its own would cost you 30 to 50 euro before you even started.

On the intro call Fanny will place you roughly, from experience. The real assessment happens in your first lessons, where your teacher sees how you actually speak and adjusts the strategy from there. Nothing to prepare and no test to sit.

It depends where you start and how much you practise between lessons, so we will not promise you a date. What we see is that most students notice a clear difference in how they speak within about 20 lessons. That is why the 20 lesson package is the one most people choose.

We fit around you. Daytime, evening, and weekends if you ask. You can take two lessons a week from the start, or move up to two later in your package. If life gets in the way, tell your teacher and we pause the package, for a holiday, a move or illness, for up to a year.

You meet your teacher on a video call, one on one, for 60 minutes, on Google Meet, Zoom or Teams depending on what your teacher uses. All lessons are online, so we can match you with the right teacher rather than the nearest one. Your study material lives in a shared Google Drive folder you get access to when your package starts.

It is worth knowing what usually happens. Everyone is booked into a level, but people do not assess their own level accurately, so the room is always mixed. When the levels do not match, the class drifts into English, which is the opposite of why you joined. A lot of our students come to us after a real life classroom course because they wanted more attention than a group can give. Take the free call and tell us you are considering in person. Yes, and many do. Some students forward the invoice to their employer themselves, others give us the company details and we invoice the company directly. Either works, just tell us which you prefer.

At lesson five your dedicated student concierge comes back to you and asks. If the fit is wrong you change teacher, no questions asked, and your package and material carry across. You do not have to have that conversation with your teacher yourself, we take care of it. Packages themselves are not refundable once purchased.

Let your teacher know at least 24 hours before, by WhatsApp, email or phone, and they will reschedule with you directly. Inside 24 hours the lesson counts as used.

No. Group lessons are for a group you bring yourself, from two up to four people at a similar level, so a friend, a partner or colleagues. That is what keeps the level consistent and the progress fast.
